Returns
We hope you love your Saltwater & Song purchase. If something isn't quite right, eligible items may be returned within 7 days of delivery for a refund or store credit.
Eligibility
To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unworn, unwashed and unused.
- All original tags must remain attached.
- Items must be returned in their original condition.
- Returns must be requested within 7 days of the delivery date.
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Final Sale items.
- Gift cards.
- Items returned outside the approved return window.
- Items showing signs of wear, washing, perfume, makeup, deodorant, damage or alteration.
Sizing
We encourage customers to carefully review our size guide before placing an order.
If you are unsure about sizing, please contact us prior to purchasing and we will do our best to assist.
How To Start A Return
To initiate a return, please use our self-service returns portal:
Customers can sign in using the email address used to place their order and follow the prompts to submit a return request.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
This applies to both Australian and international orders.
We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as Saltwater & Song is not responsible for returns lost or damaged in transit.
Any duties, taxes, customs fees or import charges incurred when returning an item are the responsibility of the customer.

Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
Please allow 2–5 business days for processing, plus any additional time required by your payment provider.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Store Credit
If you choose store credit, it will be issued once your return has been approved and processed.
Faulty Items
If you believe you have received a faulty item, please contact:

Faulty items will be assessed in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.
Incorrect Items
If you receive an incorrect item, please contact info@saltwaterandsong.com within 7 days of delivery and we will assist in resolving the issue.
